What SIBrain44 stores, who processes it, and the control you keep. Last updated November 5, 2026.
Who we are
SIBrain44 is a service of Vend Wiki Inc., a Canadian company based at 238 Briarmeadow Drive, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.
What we store
- Your account: your email address and a securely hashed password (handled by our authentication provider — we never see or store your plain password).
- Your knowledge: the documents you upload or paste, and the text passages the brain learns from them.
- Questions: the questions asked in your workspace — including ones the brain couldn't answer, which appear on your unanswered list — and the answers given, so the product can work and improve for you.
- Billing: your plan and subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card number goes to Stripe and never reaches us.
Who processes it
- Supabase — stores your account, documents and questions (United States region).
- OpenAI — to work out an answer, the passages most likely to contain it are sent to OpenAI's API, along with the question. Under OpenAI's API terms, data sent through an API is not used to train their models.
- Stripe — processes payments and subscriptions.
- Cloudflare — serves this website.
What we never do
- We never use your documents to answer another business's questions. Workspaces are separated, and we tested that separation before opening.
- We never sell your information.
- This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and runs no third-party analytics today.
Who can see your knowledge
You, through your account. Anyone who has your workspace's ask link — or who uses the question box on your website — can ask questions and see answers with the source document's name. They cannot open your documents, your document list, or your account. Treat your ask link like a key: you can reset it in your workspace at any time, and the old link stops working immediately.
Your control
- Remove any document at any time — it is deleted, along with everything the brain learned from it.
- Reset your ask link at any time.
- Cancel a paid plan at any time in the billing portal; it runs to the end of the paid period.
- Nothing is deleted automatically when a trial ends or a plan is cancelled — your workspace stays as you left it.
A note on what to upload
Anything in a workspace can be asked about by anyone with that workspace's link. Public prices, policies and handbooks are ideal. Please don't put patient records, personal data about other people, passwords, or internal-only material into a workspace you share.
