The service

SIBrain44 is a service of Vend Wiki Inc. (Kitchener, Ontario, Canada). You upload or paste your business's documents; the service answers questions using only those documents, shows the source document's name with each answer, and says it doesn't know when an answer isn't in your documents. It does not book appointments, take payments, or act on your behalf in other systems.

Your account and your content

• You are responsible for your account and for the ask links you share.
• Your documents remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so the service can answer your workspace's questions.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or unlawful content. Don't upload patient records, other people's personal data, passwords, or credentials.
• Answers are only as accurate as the documents behind them. You are responsible for keeping your documents accurate and current, and for checking answers before relying on them for anything important.

The free trial

• 14 days, starting when you create your first workspace.
• No credit card is required, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. To continue as a paying customer, choose a plan.
• The trial carries the Starter plan's allowances: up to 25 documents and 500 questions in the month. The website question box is not included in the trial.

Plans and billing

• Starter is US$39 per month per workspace. Pro is US$79 per month per workspace. Prices are in US dollars; no tax is added at checkout today.
• Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. A paid plan begins with a 14-day free trial period on the subscription, then bills monthly until cancelled.
• Starter allowances: 25 documents, 500 questions a month. Pro: unlimited documents and questions. Reaching a Starter limit produces a plain message — there are no overage charges.
• You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep the plan until then.

Availability and changes

• We work to keep the service running well, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability.
• We may improve or change features over time. If we change these terms or the prices, the change will be posted on this page (and prices will not change mid-period for an existing subscription).

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Vend Wiki Inc. is not liable for losses that come from relying on an answer without checking its source, or from documents that were inaccurate or out of date. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ontario law.
