A private brain for your business

Install a brain in your business. Give yours a break.

Feed it your rules, prices and policies. Your team and customers ask in plain words. It answers from what you provide, shows the source, or says "I don't know."

No credit card required. It works in your browser — nothing to download or install. "Install" is just our word for setting up your business's brain.

Results from testing — 22/22 questions correct with source · 8/8 trick questions refused · 0 invented answers in 62 tests.
How we tested

Before opening, on November 5, 2026, we loaded SIBrain44 with real documents — a dental clinic's patient information sheets, and the real documents of two working businesses — and asked 62 questions across two full test runs: real questions, trick questions (things the documents never say), and questions that belong to a different business. It answered 22 of 22 real questions correctly with the source shown, refused all 8 trick questions, refused the other business's questions, and invented 0 answers. That's a test result, not a promise it can never be wrong — which is exactly why every answer shows its source, so anyone can check it.

How much is a dental cleaning?

$120.

From: Patient Information Sheet

Do you accept Green Shield insurance?

No — we do not accept Green Shield.

From: Patient Information Sheet

Who is the head dentist?

I don't know — that's not in this workspace's papers yet.

↑ This is the answer we are proudest of. The documents don't say — so it doesn't guess.

Sound familiar?

You know the answers. Everyone else knows to ask you.

"What do we charge?"

"Is that our policy?"

"How do we handle this?"

The same questions. Every day. When you're busy, staff guess. Customers wait. Your own work gets interrupted again.

You shouldn't have to answer every question just because you know the answer.

See it work

Watch it answer — and watch it refuse.

This is a guided example with a made-up business, so you can see exactly how SIBrain44 behaves. Nothing here is live: the answers come from the sample knowledge below, the same way the real brain answers from yours.

Guided example — sample business

Maple Street Home Services (fictional)

What this business fed its brain:

  • Service areas: "We serve Oakville and Burlington."
  • Appointments: "Standard appointments run Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm."
  • Rescheduling: "You can reschedule with 24 hours' notice or more."
  • Not fed yet: the emergency callout price.

Do you serve Burlington?

Yes — we serve Burlington.

From: Service areas
The exact words it came from: "We serve Oakville and Burlington."

Now try it with your business's rules.

How it works

Install it → Feed it your rules → Ask it anything.

1

Install it

Create your private SIBrain44 workspace in your browser. That's where your business's brain lives.

2

Feed it your rules

Add your prices, policies, procedures, FAQs and handbooks as files or pasted text. You decide what it knows.

3

Ask it anything

Share the link with your team. Ask in everyday words. The brain answers from what you've fed it and shows the source. If the answer isn't there, it says "I don't know." Unanswered questions go on a list so you can add what's missing. On Pro, your customers can ask too, through a question box on your own website.

Who it's for

The questions your business gets every day.

A shop

"What is our return policy?"

Feed it: your returns policy, exactly as customers hear it.

A trade

"Which areas do we serve?"

Feed it: your service-area list and your booking rules.

A service business

"What is included in this package?"

Feed it: your package and price descriptions.

A clinic's front desk

"What are the opening hours?"

Feed it: your public hours, prices and policies — the kind of information you'd hand any visitor. Public information only, never patient records.

These examples are illustrations — the businesses are made up, the questions are the real kind owners hear every day.

See yourself here

The same day — with a brain on the team.

Illustrative examples — the kind of change owners set up in the trial. These businesses are made up, so you can picture your own day. The answers in them follow the same rules as everything on this page: from the business's own documents, with the source shown — or an honest "I don't know."

You didn't open your business to become its full-time answer desk.

A business is supposed to work for its owner. Somewhere along the way, it flipped — now the owner works for the business, one question at a time. Give the questions to the brain, and the business starts working for you again.

🦷 The dental clinic

BeforeI'm with a patient and the front desk knocks: "How much is a cleaning? Do we bill their insurance directly?" It's all in our patient information sheet — but I'm the one who has to stop and answer, ten times a day.
→
AfterNow they ask the brain first. "How much is a cleaning?" comes back "$120 — From: Patient Information Sheet." If the sheet doesn't say, the question lands on my unanswered list, and I feed it once, in my own words.

🥐 The bakery

Before"Do you do birthday cakes? How much? How much notice?" — while I've got my hands in dough. My staff guess, or the customer waits until I'm free.
→
AfterThe counter asks the brain: "Birthday cakes need 3 days' notice and cost $45 — From: Bakery Facts." I keep baking. And what it can't answer, it saves on my list to teach it later.

🔧 The home-services owner

BeforeI'm under a sink when the phone goes: "Do you come to Burlington? When can you get here?" If I don't pick up, the job goes to whoever answers first.
→
AfterMy website's question box answers from my own rules: "We serve Oakville and Burlington — From: Service areas." A question I never fed it — like my emergency callout price — it refuses honestly and saves for me.

🛍️ The retail shop

Before"Is this returnable? Do you have it in a bigger size? What are your Sunday hours?" My newest hire does her best — and sometimes her best is a guess.
→
AfterShe asks the brain and reads what our own shop sheet says, with the source shown. No guessing. If the sheet is silent, the brain says so — and I see the question on my unanswered list.

💇 The salon

Before"How much is a cut and colour? Do you take walk-ins? What's your cancellation rule?" — asked at the chair, at the desk, and in messages at midnight.
→
AfterThe answers live in the brain now, from my price list and my rules. My team checks the source instead of interrupting a colour in progress — and new questions wait for me on the unanswered list, not in my head.

It gets more useful

Every unanswered question shows you what to add next.

1 · Someone asks

A question your brain hasn't been fed yet comes in.

2 · It says "I don't know"

No guessing — and the question lands on your unanswered list.

3 · You add what's missing

One page, one price, one policy — added once, by you.

4 · It's answered next time

With the source shown, like every other answer.

It never learns on its own from conversations. You decide what it knows — always.

Trust & control

Your knowledge stays yours. Here's exactly how.

Only what you feed it

Answers come from your knowledge — never the open internet, and never another business's. We tested that directly: one business's brain refused another business's questions, every time.

Every answer can be checked

Each answer names the document it came from. Whoever asks sees the answer and the document's name — not the document itself. Your files stay in your account.

Your team link is a key

Anyone with your ask link can ask your brain anything it knows — no account needed. Treat the link like a key: if it ever spreads too far, reset it in your account and the old link stops working right away.

The website box knows the same things

On Pro, customers asking on your website draw on the same knowledge as your team. So feed a shared workspace what you're happy for customers to hear — and keep internal-only material out of it.

You can remove anything

Remove a document any time and the brain stops answering from it immediately. Change a price by removing the old document and adding the new one — every later answer follows the new version.

Questions

Straight answers

What is SIBrain44?

A private brain for your business. You feed it your rules, prices and policies; your team and customers ask in plain words; it answers only from what you fed it, shows where each answer came from, and says "I don't know" when the answer isn't there.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. The trial is $0 for 14 days, and no credit card is required — so nothing can be charged when it ends unless you choose a plan.

When does the 14-day trial begin?

When you create your first workspace. Creating your account alone doesn't start the clock — feed your first document when you're ready.

Do I need to install anything, or be technical?

No. Everything happens in your browser — no download, no server, nothing to install. If you can attach a file or paste text, you can run SIBrain44, and everyone asks in everyday words.

How do I see where an answer came from?

Every answer names the document it came from, right underneath it. If anyone asks "says who?", the source is there to check — that's the whole design.

What happens when it doesn't know?

It says "I don't know" instead of guessing, and the question goes on your unanswered list. You see exactly what your knowledge is missing, add it once, and it's answered from then on.

Can it ever be wrong?

Any answer can only be as good as the knowledge you fed it — if a document is outdated or wrong, the answer will follow it. That's why every answer shows its source: check the source, and keep your documents current. In our own testing before opening, it answered 22 of 22 real questions correctly and invented nothing out of 62 questions — a test result we stand behind, not a promise that no answer can ever be off.

Can my customers see my private staff information?

Customers and team ask the same brain. Anyone using your team link or your website box can ask about anything in that workspace's knowledge, and sees the answer plus the document's name (never the document itself). So feed a shared workspace what you're happy for askers to hear — and keep internal-only material out of it.

How do I update a price or a policy?

Remove the old document and add the new version. Answers follow the new document right away. (There's no edit button today — remove and re-add takes a moment.)

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter gives your team a brain to ask: 25 documents, 500 questions a month, the team link. Pro removes the document and question limits and adds the customer question box for your own website.

All questions, answered →

Try it with the questions you answer every day.

Feed it your rules. Ask something you know. Check the source. Then ask something you haven't taught it.
